We are looking for a scientific leader to manage early-stage product innovation at a well-known global chemical products business. You will manage an experienced team and provide leadership in the areas of stakeholder relations, innovation and provision of expertise to the wider company.

This is an ideal role for a leader with a strong track record of product innovation. The team has all the expertise and experience; you will bring strategic leadership and guidance. You will develop and maintain relationships with innovation partners and industry bodies, identify gaps in the market, develop ideas to proof of concept and provide technical expertise.

We are looking for a natural leader with a scientific background and a proven track record in the development of chemical-based formulated products for regulated markets. You must have strong technical knowledge, a commercial mindset, strong interpersonal skills and team management/leadership skills. A background in pest control or disinfectants/cleaning would be desirable but not essential.
