I'm currently supporting a global chemical business with the search for a Chemical Regulatory Manager to lead regulatory compliance activities across the EMEA region. This is a newly created role managing a small team of experienced Regulatory Advisors responsible for SDS authoring, classification, labelling, and REACH compliance. You'll have the opportunity to shape regulatory strategy, influence business decisions, and drive improvements across regulatory systems and processes.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • EU & UK CLP
  • GHS & SEA
  • EU & UK REACH Compliance
  • SDS authoring and management
  • Classification & labelling
  • Team leadership and development
  • Regulatory strategy and stakeholder engagement

We're looking for a chemical regulatory professional with strong CLP/GHS expertise and experience of SDSs, classification, labelling and REACH compliance. Previous management experience is welcome, but equally important is the desire and capability to lead and develop a team. This would suit someone who enjoys solving complex regulatory challenges, influencing stakeholders, and balancing compliance requirements with commercial objectives. Experience with SAP EHS or similar regulatory systems would be advantageous.
