We are looking for an Endocrine Disruption Specialist/Expert to join an experienced multi-disciplinary team working in the field of chemical regulatory science. You will work alongside two well-known Endocrine Disruption experts providing specialised services to pharma, industrial chemical, crop protection and metals clients. This team are experts in chemical risk assessment; they enable their global clients to effectively manage the risks posed by chemicals to the environment and human health, and to fulfil their legal obligations under regulations such as REACH and CLP.

Clients must produce accurate and detailed dossiers on the chemical substances that they use and submit these to regulatory agencies in Europe and elsewhere. This role will develop and use skills in endocrine weight of evidence hazard assessments, interpreting effects in studies based on New Approach Methodologies and in general chemical risk assessment. Your work will involve giving presentations and the production of reports for clients.

This role would be ideal for biologists with experience/knowledge of Endocrine Disruption. You will ideally be PhD/MSc qualified and have an interest in desk-based assessment of the ecotoxicity and environmental effects of chemicals. An understanding of endocrine disruption or other mechanistic pathways underpinning chemical effects in non-target organisms is essential. We would consider PhD graduates whose thesis focuses on endocrine disruption; we would also welcome experienced scientists from industry who are working on lab-based endocrine disruption studies. We would like to speak with anyone who has a strong interest and knowledge of endocrine disruption!
