Fantastic opportunity to join an established Antibody Research & Development team working with cutting edge technologies to develop the next generation of antibody therapeutics! In this laboratory-based position, you will be responsible for developing novel multispecific antibodies from initial molecule design to implementation against a variety of rare diseases. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing processes for antibody expression, production, purification and analysis.
Required Experience:
- At least 3-4 years academic or industrial experience of engineering, producing and analysing novel antibodies
- Understanding of antibody expression including mammalian expression systems
- Experience of antibody purification e.g. AKTA systems
- Motivated and driven, with excellent communication skills
