This is a newly created leadership role designed to support and develop international sales teams across the UK, Europe, and North America.
Your focus in this role will be driving accountability, consistency, and operational excellence across the wider commercial function. The successful candidate will work closely with regional sales professionals, ensuring best practices are followed across quoting, CRM usage, forecasting, opportunity tracking, and overall sales process management.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supporting international sales teams across the UK, France, Germany, and the US
- Driving consistency across sales processes, forecasting, CRM usage, and customer engagement activities
- Leading regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and accountability frameworks with sales staff
- Supporting the development of structured commercial processes as the business continues to scale globally
- Monitoring pipeline activity, opportunity progression, and overall team productivity
This role is for you if you have / are:
- Proven experience leading and managing sales or commercial teams
- Experience within scientific, healthcare, medical device, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or technical sectors
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate and support teams internationally
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and sales process management
- Strong operational and organisational leadership skills
- Comfortable working within a growing, evolving business environment
- Commutable to Sheffield and willing to work predominantly office-based when not travelling
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.
