As a Scientific Report Writer, you\’ll be supporting Study Director and Quality Assurance teams to deliver high quality scientific reports to customers, working within a close-knit team in state-of-the-art laboratories just a stone’s throw from the sea. Your focus will be on delivering accurate and timely documentation that enhances reporting quality and streamlines workflows across departments. Your role: Translate complex scientific data into clear, high-quality reports Use a range of software tools to create accurate, audit-ready documentation Collaborate closely with Study Directors, Quality Assurance, and other teams Maintain and improve report templates and documentation processes Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce reporting timelines Support training, mentoring, and peer review activities with appropriate guidance You’ll Bring: A degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in a relevant scientific field Some experience within a regulated laboratory environment Exceptional communication skills Strong computer skills including MS office and an aptitude to use statistical and data analysis tools Full training is available, however previous experience within a Report Writing role or within an ecotoxicology or environmental fate laboratory would be highly advantageous.
