Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Intercontinental Learning Partner to take the lead in shaping and executing regional learning strategies that align with our global commercial, medical, and market access goals. Collaborating with regional and global stakeholders, you'll translate business needs into innovative learning solutions, helping teams across Intercontinental markets grow and succeed.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive the design and execution of learning programs that support commercial, medical, and market access goals across diverse intercontinental regions.
- Partner with local teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful, localised learning experiences using digital platforms and innovative tools.
- Deliver pre- and post-launch training initiatives, assess performance gaps, and implement targeted interventions to ensure market readiness.
- Leverage your pharmaceutical experience and knowledge of learning principles to shape global learning initiatives and influence cross-functional outcomes.
Qualifications (required):
- Minimum BSc degree in a scientific, business, or engineering discipline
- Experience in Learning & Development, ideally within pharma, biotech, or life sciences
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills
