A leading international CRO is seeking an experienced scientific leader to head its ADA Immunoassay Bioanalysis function. This is a senior leadership role combining scientific expertise, operational management and commercial responsibility. You'll lead a high-performing team, ensure the delivery of high-quality bioanalytical services, and help drive the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide scientific, operational and strategic leadership for the ADA Immunoassay Bioanalysis function
- Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GCP and regulatory requirements
- Manage departmental budgets, KPIs and profitability
- Oversee resource planning, capacity management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure efficient and compliant project delivery, acting as Study Director, PI or Analytical Project Manager where required
- Maintain audit readiness and manage CAPAs
- Partner with Business Development to support new and existing client relationships
- Represent the department at client meetings, audits and industry events
About You
- Extensive experience in ADA, immunogenicity or immunoassay bioanalysis
- Strong understanding of GLP, GCP and bioanalytical regulations
- Proven leadership experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment
- Experience managing teams, budgets and operational performance
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware with a passion for scientific excellence
