Your role:

  • Leading and directing GLP-compliant acute and chronic aquatic ecotoxicology studies, both marine and freshwater, with support from a collaborative scientific team.
  • Working closely with sponsors to develop bespoke study designs and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
  • Mentoring junior scientists and playing a key role in maintaining scientific excellence across the lab.
  • Ensuring regulatory standards are met and audits are handled with confidence and integrity.
  • Contributing to business growth through strong client relationships and a proactive mindset.

You’ll Bring:

  • A degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in a relevant scientific field.
  • Experience as a Study Director, preferably in a GLP setting.
  • Experience in ecotoxicology, preferably aquatic.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
