We are seeking an experienced Bioanalytical Scientist to join a world-renowned research institute providing expert technical and analytical services to a wide range of clinical and research-based projects. As Senior Scientist you will be responsible for developing, optimizing and troubleshooting LC-MS/MS Bioanalytical methods for quantitative analysis of small molecules. You will analyse and interpret complex datasets, support with day-to-day maintenance of instruments, contribute to the continuous improvement of existing methods, and help develop novel approaches to support evolving research needs.
Candidates with the following experience will be considered for this role:
- PhD, MSc or BSc in relevant Scientific discipline
- More than 4 years practical LC-MS/MS (SCIEX preferred) experience, performing quantitative small molecule analysis and method development
- Extensive method development, optimisation and troubleshooting experience
- Experience of handling and working with biological/clinical samples e.g. cell lines, blood, tissue
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with scientific colleagues and stakeholders
- GLP and GCP experience would be advantageous
