VRS Recruitment is seeking an experienced leader to head a specialist CADD team within an established drug discovery organisation in Cambridge. This hands-on scientific leadership role combines team management with direct involvement in discovery programmes from hit identification through lead optimisation and candidate nomination.

You will steer structure- and fragment-based strategies, apply docking, MD and AI/ML approaches, and collaborate with medicinal chemistry, biology and structural.
