Excellent opportunity for an ambitious salesperson to join the technical sales team at a world leading scientific solutions distributor covering Scotland and Northern Ireland. Operating out of a state-of-the-art headquarters in Scotland, our client provides industry leading analytical instrument consumables to scientific organisations across the globe.
Joining their expanding sales team, you will be responsible for the growth in sales of HPLC and GC consumables to clients within the academic, pharmaceutical and research sectors. As a business development manager, you will manage the full sales life cycle, advising on a range of instrumentation to a multitude of clients, including research laboratories, CROs and academia. You will provide a crucial interface between in-house teams and customers, ensuring the business responds to customer requirements and continues to offer the highest quality services and products to the market.
Requirements:
- UK Driver’s License
- Prior experience in a technical sales role is advantageous, although not essential for candidates with the appropriate chromatography knowledge and aptitude to move into a commercial role.
