About Us

VRS Bodyshop is a busy and fast-growing accident repair centre working with insurers, fleet companies and commercial clients. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our team.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality panel repairs, structural repairs and replacements on a wide range of vehicles while maintaining productivity and repair standards. We are looking for somebody who takes pride in their work, can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and has previous experience within a busy bodyshop.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carrying out panel repairs to damaged vehicles
  • Replacing damaged panels and components
  • Jig work and chassis alignment where required
  • Completing repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Working efficiently to meet productivity targets
  • Identifying additional damage and reporting issues
  • Ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Working closely with workshop control and estimators
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Panel Beater in a bodyshop environment
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with insurance repair work preferred
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
