Warehouse Operative – Trunker Loading
Location: Leeds, LS9 0AN
Shifts: Monday-Friday -10am – 19.00
Pay Rate – £12.60 ph
We are looking to appoint a warehouse operative with FLT licence to join our team in our Mercado Leeds warehouse. The Warehouse operative will be an important member of the team charged with carrying out a variety of roles from assisting with unit picking requirements in our busy unit department. Duties include ensuring all picking queues are cleared at the designated time. FLT work inclusive of K15(VNA), Reach & C/B driving. Manual picking also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhering to H&S regulations.
- Following company policies.
- Scanning orders via remote terminals.
- Ensuring Quality, design & quantities are correct.
- Scanning pallets to relevant locations.
- Assisting G/I locating pallets away.
- Ensuring the cleanliness standards are maintained.
Requirements:
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable and keen to learn.
- Applicants must be able and willing to achieve a high work rate in a physically demanding environment.
- The ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads.
- FLT experience is desirable but not required.
