Manpower are now recruiting for a Recycling Operative for a busy plant based close to Stallingborough. This is an ongoing role with the opportunity to become permanent after an initial probationary period.
Location: Close to Stallingborough. Own transport essential due to location (no public transport).
Shift Pattern:
- Monday‑Friday (Rotating shifts)
- Week 1: Monday-Thursday: 4:00am - 2:00pm, Friday: 4:00am - 12:00pm
- Week 2: Monday-Thursday: 2:00pm - 12:00am
Pay rate: £12.50 per hour, £13.40 per hour between 10pm and 6am.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working within a recycling plant environment
- Sorting and processing recyclable materials
- Following health & safety procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness of the work area
- Supporting the team to meet daily targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in recycling, production, manufacturing or warehouse work preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Physical Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties
- Able to work full shift patterns including early starts and late finishes
Additional Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual
- Not suitable for students or short-term break periods
- Flexibility to work overtime if required
