Step into a fast-paced logistics environment where your leadership drives daily success. As a Line Leader on our morning shift, you'll play a critical role in ensuring deliveries are processed efficiently, accurately, and safely.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day line operations, ensuring team productivity and task completion from the 6:00 AM start.
- Support smooth loading, dispatch, and warehouse workflows.
- Motivate and guide operatives, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor quality, resolve issues quickly, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Coordinate with transport teams to maintain a seamless delivery operation.
- Help train and onboard new staff to embed our performance culture.
- Work 5 days out of 7, with optional overtime to earn up to 48 hours per week.
What You Bring
- Min 6mths Machine experience in production.
- Hands-on experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations.
- Proven team leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organisational skills and a calm approach under pressure.
