Operations Supervisor supervising the PDI Operatives and Technical team to ensure that all PDI, technical and Valet activities are carried out safely, meet quality standards, and achieve KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the PDI Operatives and Technical team.
  • Ensure KPI objectives are achieved through daily performance management.
  • Maintain process transparency by updating company systems.
  • Maintain productivity of the team and distribute workload evenly.
  • Organise staffing with an approved agency provider.
  • Provide cover for management absence.
  • Liaise with other teams and departments on site and provide support where required.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on site.
  • Attend and contribute to operational meetings.
  • Conduct daily operational and safety briefings.
  • Maintain KPI performance relevant to the area.
  • Produce daily reports as defined by the manager.
  • Provide solutions to complaints and prevent recurrence.
  • Work with the Charging and maintenance team and administration team to ensure vehicle availability for PDI.
  • Ensure relevant skill level is available to cover in line with contractual requirements.
  • Present "damage" vehicles to the Quality function in a timely manner.
  • Conduct safety risk assessments.
  • Create and review Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Hold and drive meetings with staff.
  • Directly responsible for a team of operatives.
  • Carry out annual appraisals.
  • Organise workflow to meet objectives.
  • Contribute to departmental planning.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Health and Safety guidelines.
