We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse. A valid counterbalance or reach forklift licence is essential, and experience with both would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating counterbalance and/or reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
- Moving stock to designated storage areas
- Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
- Carrying out daily forklift checks and reporting any defects
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Valid counterbalance or reach forklift licence (both preferred)
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong awareness of health and safety regulations
