You will own the execution of the 2026 delivery strategy, manage major carrier transitions, steer key UX and customer‑facing changes, and act as a visible partner to Exec Leadership and senior stakeholders across Product & Tech, Trading, Customer Service, Finance and local Operations teams.
The Ideal Candidate

- Proven track record managing complex multi‑carrier delivery networks and leading large operational transitions, ideally across multiple countries.
- Extensive experience delivering cross‑functional programmes involving Product & Tech, Operations, Finance and Customer Service, with clear commercial and customer outcomes.
- Background in regulatory or compliance‑driven changes touching digital customer journeys (pricing, checkout, fees or similar).
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional programme leadership and planning skills, comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams, risks, dependencies and Exec‑level reporting.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, including carrier negotiation, commercial modelling, performance tracking and financial impact assessment.
- Confident communicator and influencer, able to simplify complexity, align senior stakeholders and represent Moonpig with external partners.
- Customer‑centric, data‑driven and calm under pressure, with a track record of reducing contact drivers such as WISMO through operational, UX and communication changes.
- Collaborative leader with a focus on mentoring and building internal capability so teams can take long‑term ownership post‑transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery transformation for Greetz (Netherlands), implementing the 2026 delivery strategy, managing carrier migrations, reducing WISMO and overseeing associated UX and customer‑facing changes.
- Safeguard delivery continuity in response to Dutch postal reform, optimising carrier and service mix and coordinating the development, testing and launch of new UX flows and communications.
- Design and drive a 2‑year transition plan for Guernsey postal services, working closely with Guernsey Post, Royal Mail and the UK Operations Director to land operational changes, external communications and customer impact mitigation.
- Own Moonpig's response to UK Drip Pricing legislation across delivery, ensuring compliant UX, pricing displays, checkout behaviours and customer communications in partnership with Legal, Product and Trading.
