An excellent opportunity has been created for an organised, customer focused logistics / shipping coordinator to join a world leading manufacturer and distributor of professional products based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire in a busy shipping department. You need to be confident with the ability to prioritise your workload, possess good administration & numeracy skills, and have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate well with the team and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing goods and processing worldwide shipments by courier and freight forwarder.
- Liaising with production and test teams.
- Processing RMA receipts and distributing them.
- General administrative duties.
- Occasional driving and delivery jobs.
Key Qualifications And Capabilities
- Organised with a good attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate.
- Focused on providing a high standard of service to internal and external customers.
Desirable
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP system.

This position is based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, with parking, 37.5 hours per week with flexible start times and 100% office based. They offer 24 days holiday increasing every 2 years, but you can also buy or sell holidays. The salary offered is £25k with a yearly discretionary annual bonus, plus a Pension, Life insurance, Cycle to work Scheme, Company events, and free fruit.
