This is a temporary ongoing assignment due to increased workload over the summer period. Manpower is seeking Soft Landscape Operatives to work for our client based in Northampton. The role involves working within a busy Soft Landscaping team across construction sites and potentially new builds.
Responsibilities include:
- Planting
- Turfing
- Flower beds
- Living walls
- Hedges, in line with all company Health and Safety policies
You will be using Rotovators, Rollers, Strimmers, and other small plant machinery, ensuring a safe working environment and performing daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
Shift Times: Mon - Fri, 06:30 - 16:00
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
Training includes: On-the-job training and standard induction for best practices.
To succeed, you will need:
- A full valid UK Driving License
- A valid CSCS card
- Previous soft landscaping or new build show homes landscaping experience
- Digger/excavator card (advantageous)
- Experience of performance management
