We are recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers on behalf of a well-established industrial business in the Silverwood Industrial Area, Lurgan. If you\’re a reliable driver with a valid Class 1 licence and looking for ongoing, high-volume work with excellent pay rates, we want to hear from you.
This role is ideal for drivers who want full-time hours, a predictable shift pattern, and the opportunity to work in a well-maintained modern fleet with professional support.
- What You\’ll Get:
- Excellent earning potential – £15-£18/hr with overtime paid after 42 hours
- Daily lunch allowance – £5 per day
- Guaranteed weekly hours – Average 48-60 hours per week
- Structured shift patterns – Mainly weekdays with optional weekend work
- Modern fleet – Clean, well-maintained Class 1 vehicles (artic)
- On-site parking, full PPE provided, and induction support

- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Class 1 HGV vehicles for local and regional deliveries
- Safely secure loads and ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols
- Carry out daily vehicle walkaround checks and defect reporting
- Complete all necessary tachograph and delivery paperwork accurately
- Work closely with the transport coordination team to meet scheduled delivery times
- What We\’re Looking For:
- Full HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid CPC Qualification Card
- Current Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 penalty points (No DD, DR, or IN endorsements)
- Sound knowledge of WTD and driver hours regulations
- Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual loading/unloading as needed
- Punctual, professional, and safety-conscious work ethic
- Desirable but Not Essential:
- Previous experience with galvanised or industrial goods
- Flexibility to support weekend runs when available
- Familiarity with industrial or construction logistics environments
- Location & Hours:
- Based in Lurgan, BT66 – Easily accessible from Portadown, Craigavon, Banbridge, and surrounding areas
- Shifts available: Monday to Friday with optional weekend work
- Start times typically early morning, with shift durations between 8-12 hours
