Duties

  • Multidrop deliveries from warehouse depot to retail stores
  • Handling palletised deliveries using electric pallet trucks (some hand‑balling may be required)
  • Conducting daily vehicle and safety checks before and after shifts
  • Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
  • Ensuring safe and efficient travel on all routes
  • Maintaining accurate paperwork and following site procedures

Requirements

  • Full HGV Class 2 (C) licence (driving 26T vehicles)
  • Valid CPC and digital tachograph card
  • Minimum 6 months\' experience driving Class 2 vehicles
  • Good understanding of drivers’ hours and working time directive
  • Maximum 6 licence points (no DD, DR or TT convictions)
