Job Details

  • Job Title: Fabricator / Plater
  • Location: Rosyth, Scotland
  • Rate: Basic – Β£27.02/hr, Overtime – Β£41.11/hr
  • Radius Payment: Β£45/night outside 30 miles (capped at 5 nights)
  • Payment Method: Umbrella
  • Hours: 6 x 12-hour shifts; overtime after 36 hours

Project Details

Refit on an aircraft carrier for 6 months.

Role Overview

Perform repairs during vessel docking, mainly fabricating load rings, brackets, hull anodes, using carbon steel and stainless steel.

Key Requirements

  • Apprentice-trained Fabricator / Plater
  • Experience in shipbuilding or marine environments (advantageous)
  • Focus on safety, quality, and schedules
  • UK Citizen able to pass SC Clearance Vetting
