As an Electrical Commissioning Test Engineer , you’ll play a key role in ensuring electrical systems and equipment are commissioned and tested to the highest standards. This role offers a mix of 1 day office-based work and 4 days on-site , providing variety and hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Commissioning & Testing: Plan, execute, and oversee commissioning activities for electrical systems.
  2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
  3. Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on commissioning and testing procedures.
  4. Safety Compliance: Ensure all work meets safety regulations and industry standards.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
  6. Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards and ensure best practices are followed.

  1. Time-served electrician with 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification.
  2. Experience in electrical commissioning & testing within industrial or commercial projects.
  3. Strong understanding of electrical regulations & industry standards .

  6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  7. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across NI.
