Our client has created a new role for an eCommerce Catalogue Manager, responsible for overseeing, executing, and sustaining the product catalogue and pricing structures across various mission-critical platforms. This is a temp to perm role joining the well-established Business Systems team, based on the Oxford Science Park. The role offers hybrid working and some flexibility around working hours.

This role involves implementing updates to product and pricing models for both direct and B2B customers, in addition to collaborating with essential business units to finalize pricing adjustments.

Key Responsibilities Of ECommerce Catalogue Manager
  • Lead and actively participate in the pricing review process, contributing to the creation and implementation of comprehensive price books for direct and B2B customers.
  • Effectively manage product catalogue within eCommerce platforms and Finance systems, ensuring synchronization across all webstores.
  • Maintain accurate pricing information within the quotation system.
  • Collaborate with core internal teams to reach consensus on updates or modifications to new and existing price books and models.
  • Provide assistance to the business by addressing general queries and offering support related to product pricing.
  • Operate within a fast-paced environment, managing multiple systems simultaneously.

To be successful in this role, besides having relevant eCommerce and Pricing/Catalogue Management experience, you will be a self-starter who is confident approaching various internal stakeholders and expediting the decision-making process. You will also possess at least intermediate Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables.
