- Surprise visit with Site-Incharge & take their feedback and work on it.
- Should arrange W/O of Area Manager
- Well Groomed & Maintain discipline & well behave with the client.
- Inform to office of new joining Supervisor or Area Manager.
- Core Responsibilities
- New Recruitment of Supervisor & Area Manager
- Monthly Once Each Site Meeting with Worker & Solve their query.
- Reporting of to do list of Area Manager to Ajay Sir on Daily Basis.
- Weekly Thrice meeting with Area Manager compulsory.
- Monthly Once meeting should be conducted with Supervisor & Area Manager Compulsory.

If a candidate wants to resign the company, then he/she has to inform before 15 days.
Uniform amount is payable after completion of 1 year to the date of joining.
Salary of notice period will be paid as per company salary schedule.
If your work is not as per the expectation then VR have the rights to immediately discontinue with the candidate. 15 days of training amount will be deducted if candidate leaves within 6 months of joining.
