About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced and commercially driven Wholesale Accounts Manager to lead and grow our wholesale operations across both UK and international markets.

This is a high impact role where you’ll be responsible for overseeing channel performance, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with distribution partners.

As Wholesale Accounts Manager, you’ll take ownership of our global wholesale channel, ensuring consistent sales performance and strategic account growth. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, maintain a robust pipeline of orders, and act as the main point of contact for our wholesale distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts across the UK and international markets
  • Take full accountability for wholesale channel performance and sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and key wholesale clients
  • Monitor order pipeline, forecasting, and inventory needs to meet demand
  • Identify opportunities for growth and market expansion
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 4–5 direct reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, compliance) to ensure seamless delivery
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on channel performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in wholesale account management, preferably with UK and international scope
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Experience managing a small team is desirable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
