About the Role
You’ll spend your time sourcing great talent and managing recruitment admin, before shifting gears to lead the onboarding journey. From the moment an offer is accepted, you’ll guide new starters through the process. Ensuring their equipment is ready, their training is planned and probation coordinated. - Logistics & Setup: Ensuring equipment, IT logins, and training schedules are organised and ready for Day One.
- Process Management: Working closely with managers to ensure they follow onboarding and probation timelines consistently.
- Sourcing & Selection: Proactively sourcing candidates via job boards and social media, screening CVs, and building a pipeline of talent for our stores.
- Recruitment Admin: Managing the end-to-end admin process, from posting adverts to scheduling interviews and issuing offer packs.
What we’re looking for
- Organised: You have a sharp eye for detail and can manage a busy workload with multiple deadlines.
- A Strong Communicator: You can talk to people at all levels, building professional relationships and keeping candidates informed.
- Process Driven: You’re comfortable following (and improving) structured processes, and you're happy to prompt managers to ensure timelines are met.
- Proactive: You take initiative to ensure everything is ready for a new starter’s arrival, ensuring they feel settled from the outset.
Applicants must be 18 years old or above; any subsequent job offer is subject to pre-employment screening and right to work checks.
