About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to launch a career in Learning & Development (L&D) within a dynamic retail environment. You will play a key role in ensuring our retail teams have the skills and knowledge to excel. Based in store with scope to travel, you will support the growth of our people by assisting with the creation, delivery, and tracking of high impact training programmes. You will work closely with store teams to bridge skills gaps and help drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in customer service. Please note a drivers licence is required for this vacancy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and training programmes to ensure new retail team members are set up for success.
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, workshops, and printed guides.
  • Work directly with store teams to identify specific development needs and training opportunities.
  • Support the rollout of sales training initiatives to enhance store performance and the customer journey.
  • Track training completion rates and monitor the effectiveness of learning programmes using data and feedback.

Skills & Experience

  • Recent graduate with a strong interest in Learning & Development, HR, or Retail management.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently to different audiences.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, including PowerPoint and Excel (any previous exposure to an LMS is a plus).
  • Creative approach to designing content that is both educational and engaging.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is highly preferred, as it helps you understand the environment our teams work in.
  • Any exposure to coaching, training, or people development (even in a voluntary or university society capacity) is an advantage.
