We are currently seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high performance across all shifts.

  • Overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of warehouse operatives
  • Monitoring picking, packing, and dispatch processes to meet delivery schedules
  • Maintaining stock accuracy and overseeing stock control processes

Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Experience with picking, packing, and stock control systems
