About us VPZ is the UK’s number one vape retailer. Since opening our first store in Edinburgh, we've expanded to over 190 locations across the UK and we're not stopping there. We are known for setting and driving the standards within the vape industry, this is a great time to join us as we continue to grow.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. This is a brand new role where you will bridge the gap between finding the right people and ensuring they have a world class start with us.

You’ll spend your time sourcing great talent and managing recruitment admin, before shifting gears to lead the onboarding journey. Ensuring their equipment is ready, their training is planned and probation coordinated.

  • Logistics & Setup: Ensuring equipment, IT logins, and training schedules are organised and ready for Day One.
  • Process Management: Working closely with managers to ensure they follow onboarding and probation timelines consistently.
  • Sourcing & Selection: Proactively sourcing candidates via job boards and social media, screening CVs, and building a pipeline of talent for our stores.
  • Recruitment Admin: Managing the end-to-end admin process, from posting adverts to scheduling interviews and issuing offer packs.
  • A Strong Communicator: You can talk to people at all levels, building professional relationships and keeping candidates informed.
