We’re looking for a proactive Cybersecurity Analyst to help protect VPZ’s systems, data, and digital assets. This is a hands-on role focused on monitoring threats, responding to incidents, and strengthening our overall security posture.
You’ll play a key role in safeguarding sensitive information, identifying vulnerabilities, and ensuring our security practices support business continuity and customer trust.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents and breaches
- Conduct security assessments, audits, and vulnerability analysis
- Implement and manage security controls, tools, and protocols
- Lead incident response and support forensic investigations
- Develop and maintain security policies and best practices
- Collaborate with IT and external partners to enhance security
- Deliver security awareness training across the business
- Report on security metrics, risks, and performance
- 2–5 years’ experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles
- Strong knowledge of security tools, networks, and threat detection
- Understanding of compliance standards (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST)
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
