Since opening our first store in Edinburgh, we've expanded to over 190 locations across the UK and we’re not stopping there. We are known for setting and driving the standards within the vape industry and providing excellent product and sales training.
Ideal Experience:
- Retail sales experience in a customer facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer care & advice
- Retail sales
- Ensure stock levels are maintained accurately
- Increase customer retention by delivering consistently high levels of customer service
- Assist the manager and wider team in the day-to-day running of the store
Requirements:
- Flexibility that includes regular additional hours and overtime in line with business and operational needs.
- Must be legally permitted to work beyond a fixed 20 hours per week.
- Right‑to‑work checks required.
- Applicants must be 18 years old or above.
- If working‑time restrictions would prevent fulfilment of the contractual and operational requirements of the role, application cannot be progressed.
