VPZ is the UK’s number one vape retailer. Since opening our first store in Edinburgh, we've expanded to over 190 locations across the UK and we're not stopping there. We are known for setting and driving the standards within the vape industry, this is a great chance to join us as we continue to grow.
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic retail environment. Based in store with scope to travel, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Retail by combining data analysis with day-to-day operational and administrative support. You will help translate data into actionable insights, identify business trends, and highlight opportunities to improve store performance and customer experience. Please note a driver's licence is required for this vacancy.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse retail performance data to identify trends and insights
- Produce regular reports and dashboards to support decision making
- Assist the Head of Retail with administrative tasks, including reporting, scheduling, and communications
- Monitor retail KPIs and flag risks or opportunities for improvement
- Support planning and execution of retail initiatives and promotions
- Work closely with store teams to understand operational challenges and performance drivers
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance sales, efficiency, and customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
