Role: Store Manager

Starting Rate: £13.71 + Bonus

This is a fantastic Newton Aycliffe based opportunity for someone looking to work in an exciting, and rapidly growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role
• Retail Sales
• Helping your store meet and exceed targets
• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the store including rota management/time and attendance, store standards, stock management and cash handling

Experience required

• Experience in managing a team, preferably within a retail environment
• Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to cope with changing priorities
