This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic retail environment. Based in store with scope to travel, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Retail by combining data analysis with day-to-day operational and administrative support. You will help translate data into actionable insights, identify business trends, and highlight opportunities to improve store performance and customer experience. Please note a driver's licence is required for this vacancy.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse retail performance data to identify trends and insights
- Produce regular reports and dashboards to support decision making
- Assist the Head of Retail with administrative tasks, including reporting, scheduling, and communications
- Monitor retail KPIs and flag risks or opportunities for improvement
- Support planning and execution of retail initiatives and promotions
- Work closely with store teams to understand operational challenges and performance drivers
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance sales, efficiency, and customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
- Recent graduate (Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
- Proficiency in Excel (knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus)
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Confident communicator, able to work with both store teams and senior stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and interest in retail trends
- Proactive and eager to learn
