VPZ Kettering is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the store team, deliver outstanding customer service and drive store performance.
The role is full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week, with 5 days across the week including weekends.
You will coach staff, manage rosters, stock, cash handling, and uphold company standards.
Experience in retail or hospitality is preferred; vaping knowledge is welcome but industry training will be provided.
