Retail Assistant/ECS (E-Cigarette Specialist)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Assistant to join our team in VPZ Newport. You will be expected to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends. Applicants must be 18 years old or older.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide excellent customer care & advice
- Cash Handling
- Ensure stock levels are maintained accurately
- Increase customer retention by delivering consistently high levels of customer service
- Assist the manager and wider team in the day-to-day running of the store
Experience you’ll bring:
- Experience in a customer facing environment
- The ability to build rapport communicate effectively
- Friendly and welcoming personality
- Willingness to learn

Job Details
- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour
- Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
- Additional pay: Bonus scheme, Performance bonus
