£70,000 - £90,000 + Commission + car allowance

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Fleet Management product provider as a Sales Manager where you’ll be managing a small team of Business Development Managers, as well as yourself also Business Developing and building a strong sales pipeline.

The successful Sales Manager's main responsibilities will be to manage, recruit, lead, and inspire national field-based individuals, motivating them to drive and develop their own territories, supporting them and helping them to achieve and exceed their expectations.

For this Sales Manager role, my client is looking for an inspirational, sector experienced individual who can understand the client's core values, is extremely sales focused and has team management experience.

  • Senior Sales / Business Development experience within Telematics or Vehicle / Fleet Camera systems (DVR, DVS etc)
  • Experience of managing Field Sales Individuals
