Product Development Executive in Romford

I\’m working with a well-established and highly respected business in the Fragrance/Private label sector who are looking to add an experienced NPD/ Product Development individual to their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2/3+ years\’ experience in product or project development who is passionate about innovation, fragrance, and bringing new products to life.

The role:

Manage and deliver NPD projects from concept through to production.

Collaborate closely with customers on private label developments.

Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality, cost and timelines are met.

Support existing customer accounts and ongoing product improvements.

Location: Greater London/Essex. Salary: £45,000 – £65,000. Type: Full-time, permanent (Monday-Friday) 1 day WFH.
