Are you a commercially astute and ambitious National Account Executive (or rising Junior Account Manager) looking to make your mark in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment? We’re exclusively partnering with a high-growth consumer brand group on a mission to build and scale an exciting portfolio of functional and lifestyle brands across the UK and beyond. Backed by significant investment and led by a best-in-class leadership team, the business has tripled turnover in the last few months and is on track to double it again, targeting £12M+ revenue within the next 12 months.
The Opportunity
This is not your typical “steady-state” account role. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on commercial position within a buy & build model brand house that’s scaling aggressively. You’ll gain exposure to multiple categories and channels while nurtured, trained and developed within the role. You’ll be involved in:
- Supporting national and regional accounts across retail, wholesale, and distribution partners
- Analysing margins, pricing structures, and competitor activity to drive profitability
- Helping shape Joint Business Plans and supporting price negotiations
- Assisting in the execution of promotions, offers, and trade activations
- Managing day-to-day account administration, reporting, and data analysis
About You
You’ll be:
- Commercially minded and analytically sharp - confident with numbers and data
- Driven and ambitious - someone who’s hungry to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility quickly
- Experienced in (or supporting) UK account management within retail, wholesale, or distribution channels
- Ideally from a background in Personal Care, Beauty, VMS (Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements), Oral Care, Pharmaceuticals, or broader Functional FMCG
