A highly successful Fleet Management Solutions technology provider is currently looking to recruit an experienced UK Partnership Manager for their Insurance / broker and leasing division of their company. As the Partnership Manager you will be responsible for continuing to grow my client’s reseller model and further develop existing relationships with current partners. This is a highly visible, commercially driven role, ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, influence and turning strategy into measurable results.

Partnership Manager responsibilities:
- Build, develop and execute the UK partnership plan
- Generate a consistent flow of partner-introduced meetings and opportunities for the UK sales team
- Own and grow existing partner relationships
- Identify, onboard and activate new partners and resellers
- Act as the primary point of contact for UK partners, building trusted, long-term relationships
- Lead partner review meetings at pace and scale, both virtually and face-to-face
- Design and deploy engaging UK partner marketing initiatives in collaboration with Marketing
- Support the creation of partner case studies and success stories
- Oversee partner contracts
- Represent the business at partner and industry events, including speaking opportunities
- Attend insurance and partner industry events
