I’m working with a well-established and highly respected business in the Fragrance/Private label sector who are looking to add an experienced NPD/ Product Development individual to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3/4+ years’ experience in product or project development who is passionate about innovation, fragrance, and bringing new products to life.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver NPD projects from concept through to production
- Collaborate closely with customers on private label developments
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality, cost and timelines are met
- Support existing customer accounts and ongoing product improvements
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000
Type: Full-time, permanent (Monday–Friday) 1 day WFH
