A highly successful and cutting-edge Fleet Management, vehicle video & Telematics company are currently looking to recruit a new Head of Sales who will be responsible for spearheading the Sales function within this long-established business as well as self-generating sales themselves. The successful Head of Sales candidate will have strong experience selling Telematics, Fleet CCTV products or other fleet management solutions and is able to build a strong sales pipeline with limited guidance. Initially you will be managing the small remote sales team, which will be growing over the course of this year.
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 (depending on experience and what the candidate brings to the table)
Benefits: Commission and multiple company benefits, Car allowance
Location: This role can be anywhere in the UK
Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience within the industry
- Lead and build a strong sales pipeline with blue chip businesses
- Must be a strong Business Development professional who can hunt new clients
- Work with sales, account management and marketing teams to deliver against the department's objectives
- Previous experience in Automotive, Insurance, Fleet management or logistics sales would be desirable
- Able to travel across the UK
