This is a rare opportunity to join an exciting beauty brand as they launch new products and continue to expand their business on a global basis. Joining this SME you will have the chance to develop your team to deliver engaging and effective digital-first marketing activations across professional, influencer and consumer platforms.
Drawing on insights to develop a strategic Marketing Plan, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints; digital, training materials, point of sale. Managing budgets, ensuring ROI. Accelerating FTC growth, building the brand’s beauty community through expert CRM, loyalty programs and user generated content.
Developing and inspiring the in-house Marketing team to deliver excellence. Collaborate effectively with other departments as part of the senior leadership team and with external partners; developing and maintaining strategic relationships.
