My client, a luxury beauty business based in the heart of the City, is looking for a very special senior person to join and lead their team.
Responsibilities
- Drive excellent performance across all Omni-channels; E-Commerce, B2B Distribution as well as Retail/Clinic.
- Lead 6 direct reports at manager level and foster a collegiate culture in a founder-led business where collaboration and pride are valued.
- Take ownership of the full P&L and be responsible for the BtB supply chain.
Qualifications
- Strong pedigree within luxury/premium consumer brands with emphasis on eCommerce, DtC & digital marketing growth.
- Experience owning the full P&L and managing BtB supply chain.
- Passion for skincare is hugely preferred; sectors such as luxury fashion or premium goods may be considered.
- Proven track record thriving in a founder-led, highly entrepreneurial company.
All-in compensation package of £150k is available for the right person.
