VPss are working with an exciting and forward thinking Sports Nutrition Company that are looking to bring a permanent Fulfilment Manager to the team. Fulfilment Manager resposibilities: Leading a team of Pick & Packers in the Warehouse As the Fulfilment Manager, setting daily jobs as required for the team Leading the removal & the checking of incoming deliveries Observing good standards of Health and Safety and Company Warehouse procedures. Responsible for training, coaching and mentoring team members. Conducting development/ performance reviews with team members and acting as a first point of escalation and management for the Fulfilment team members. Reliability and physical fitness are essential Required Skills and Qualifications: Natural influencer: you can rally a team Hands-on approach Keen attention to detail Speed with neatness and accuracy Self- Motivation Able to work under pressure & to deadlines Must be able to travel to Kirkby Schedule: Monday to Friday No VISA Sponsorship Available
