A highly successful and cutting-edge Fleet Management, vehicle video & Telematics company are currently looking to recruit a new Head of Sales who will be responsible for spearheading the Sales function within this long-established business as well as self-generating sales themselves. The successful candidate will have strong experience selling Telematics, Fleet CCTV products or other fleet management solutions and is able to build a strong sales pipeline with limited guidance. Initially, you will be managing a small remote sales team, which will be growing over the course of this year.

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 (depending on experience and what the candidate brings to the table) plus commission and multiple company benefits including a car allowance. Location for this role can be anywhere in the UK.

Responsibilities:
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience within the industry
  • Lead and build a strong sales pipeline with blue chip businesses
  • Must be a strong Business Development professional who can hunt new clients
  • Work with sales, account management and marketing teams to deliver against the department's objectives
  • Previous experience in Automotive, Insurance, Fleet management or logistics sales would be desirable
  • Able to travel across the UK
