This role can be located anywhere in the UK. My highly respected and successful client is currently looking for a high achieving Senior Sales and new Business Development professional who has strong experience within the Fleet Management Solutions sector for their open Head of New Business Development Director opportunity.
Whilst guiding a small team to success, you’ll also be personally searching and building a strong sales pipeline. The business has teams across the UK which you can draw upon, but my client wants an extremely tenacious and self-driven Business Development professional who can continue to grow the UK market share.
Business Development Director Package:
- £70,000 - £90,000 (flexible to the individual and what they bring to the table)
- Strong commission structure

Business Development Director responsibilities:
- Seek, develop and close sales opportunities
- Promptly qualify and develop inbound opportunities
- Meet with and present to C-level, line-of-business executives and other key stakeholders
- Exceed primary Annual Contract Value target plus contributory targets of connection volume, pilot provision and pipeline management
- Effective, consistent prioritisation with focus on the critical few
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver in line with customer expectations
Business Development Director Experience required:
- Experience in senior sales management from within the sector
- Preferred experience in selling into the Commercial fleet industry
- Willingness to travel
